Raven's Attic does not share customer information including email or postal mail addresses
with anyone. It is not our policy to spam nor do we send unwanted postal mail. Any email
sent will be only to notify customers of new or sale items, or to acknowledge information
on the orders received.

Typographical Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due
to typographical error, error in pricing, or product information received from our suppliers.
Raven's Attic will attempt to contact you before canceling the order or item that is incorrect.
Information on our web site is updated daily and will always be the most current.

Back order Policy

When an item is on back order, you will be notified by telephone or e-mail. You will have the option to request a substitute or a credit on your next order.

Shipping

-When items are in stock, we will ship next day. You should receive your order between 2-5 days.Ontario, Canada only.

Please note: For residents of Ottawa, ONT, you can receive your order as soon as next day, pending that everything on your order is in stock.

All other areas, you should receive your order between 5-10 days.

-When items are not in stock, we will ship as soon as items are received from supplier. You will be notified by telephone or e-mail.

You should receive your order between 5- 10 days. Ontario, Canada only.

All other areas, you should receive your order between 5-15 days.

Pick Up at location:18350 Kenyon Concession Rd 5 Maxville,Ont or 8133 Victoria st Metcalfe,Ont/no shipping charges. You will be contacted by phone or e-mail when your order is ready for Pick Up.

COD option: Only available to Ottawa,Ont Residents. Pay for your order online and pay delivery charges at time of delivery. Flat rate is $5.00, anywhere in the Ottawa region

At this time you will be notified of delivery charges and a delivery date/time will be scheduled.

You should receive your order within 2 to 3 business days for Pick Up and COD.

For all other destinations, exceptions may apply. Please note that custom woodworking orders may have longer delivery times, as each item is custom made for each individual customer. For custom orders, you will be notified of shipping date.

All woodworking item designs are exclusive to Raven's Attic and are signed by the artist. Any reproduction of any such item will be prosecutable by copyright law.
